1 package of flour tortillas
1 -2 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 C shredded taco cheese
Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream, any other taco toppings...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. While oven heats up, brown ground beef, drain oil, and water as per directions on taco seasoning package and stir.
In a small casserole dish or pie pan begin with a layer of tortilla. Add enough ground beef to cover and then cheese to cover. Continue with tortilla, ground beef, and cheese until you run out of beef. Bake in the oven about 10 minutes.

Everyone in our house likes different toppings, so I just cut them up and leave them in bowls for everyone to grab and add what they want buffet style.
