2 pork tenderloins
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablsp olive oil
Tones rosemary garlic seasoning
1 cup peach preserves
1 cup water
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Rub tenderloins with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and rosemary garlic seasoning. Place tenderloins in large skillet or roasting pan and roast 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink, Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. While pork is resting, combine preserves, water and vinegar in a small pan and bring to simmer. Slice pork into thick pieces, then spoon the sauce / glaze over the slices. Serve with mashed potatoes.

We sometimes grill pork tenderloins instead of roasting in oven. Either way works well.
