1 1/2 cups of pasta of your choice (we suggest macaroni or shells)
4 cups of water
2 handfuls of pepper jack cheese
1 handful of mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 handfuls of cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp of flour
2 Tbsp of butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup of milk

Optional: add quarter pound of hamburger and bacon bits
Directions:
Directions:
Start boiling water for pasta in a medium sized pot.
Add pasta to the boiling pot of water and cook until “Al dente” or done.
Once pasta is finished,pour into a strainer.
While pasta is cooking, heat a small saucepan for cheese. Start at medium-low heat.
Begin by melting 2 Tbsp of butter, 2 Tbsp of flour, and 1 Cup of milk.
When the milk starts boiling, add the cheese one by one and stir regularly until cheese is melted and smooth.
When both are done, mix in a medium-sized bowl

(Optional): Season and Cook 1/4 pound of hamburger in frying pan, dicing the meat.
Mix into the Mac ‘n’ cheese when done.
