Ingredients: 1½ c. flour ½ c. baking flour ⅛ tsp. salt ½ c. butter ¾ c. sugar 1 egg beaten few drops of vanilla (food coloring)

Directions: |
Directions:1. Mix ingredients together 2. Divide dough into 2 parts (Color one part) 3. Roll dough out into large squares of even thickness and similar sizes between two pieces of parchment paper (goal is approximately 1/4- 1/8 inch thick) 4. Let cool (in freezer or outside, depending on time of year) 5. Match up rolled out dough (color with non colored) to a similar sized counterpart 6. Place the two squares of dough together (keeping the bottom parchment paper on the bottom roll- but removing other 3 pieces) 7. Roll the two pieces together, using the parchment paper to help create a tight and even roll 8. Let roll cool again, wrapped in parchment paper 9. Cut cooled roll into 1/4- 1/8 inch thick cookies 10. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 375º for 5 minutes |
