Crust:

2/3 C. Pumpkin
3 Eggs
1 C. Sugar
1 teas. Baking Soda
1/2 teas. Salt
1 tea. Cinnamon
3/4 C. Flour

Filling:

8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 teas. Vanilla
2 T. Soft Butter
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 T. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, pumpkin and sugar until smooth. Add soda, salt, cinnamon and flour. Beat. Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Spread batter, bake 15 mins at 375°. Cool 5 minutes. Roll up in a towel. Unroll cake and spread with cream cheese filling and re-roll. Cut in half and refrigerate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
