⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 can anchovies, well drained
1 large clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients int a blender and blend until smooth. Cover and chill.
When ready to serve, pour dressing over chopped romaine. Add Parmesan cheese and croutons to taste. Mix well and serve
