cut a small baking pumpkin in half, scoop out seeds put on cookie sheet with tin foil, than cover with tin foil, cook at 350 for 1. 5 hours till tender. Cool. Scoop out and mash pumpkin, makes 1 1/3 cup of pumpkin, or double ingred, to make 2 pies

1 can condensed milk
1 egg
1 1/4 cinnamin
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1 cup hot water

mix all ingredients
pour into pie crust
bake at 375
55 to 65 min
middle will be a little jiggly
