Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. granulated sugar
2 t. cinnamon
2-3 T. Cornstarch
Apples (not a science)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core, and slice apples into a large bowl and pour the dry mixture over them, turning to coat them. When total amount reaches 2 lb. of weight (bowl not included).

When freezing: Place mixture in a Ziploc freezer bag, removing as much air as possible, perhaps with a straw. Be careful to put in a flat place or a box, so it takes up less space and can be easily arranged.

When baking: Pour freshly made or thawed mixture into pie crust. Top with crust, lattice, or a crumb topping. Bake at 350ºF on top of a lipped cookie sheet so as to catch the juices for about 45 to 60 minutes or until crust is golden and juices begin to overflow and mess up your oven (no joke!!).
