⅓ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup dry sherry
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients. Pour on meat, fish, or chicken.

This is an excellent marinade for pork tenderloin or any kind of fish, especially Chilean Sea Bass.
