1 C. Milk
1 Pound Velveeta-Lite is OK
1 C. Half and Half Cream-Low Fat is OK
2 Pounds Hash Browns-not Shredded
1 stick Butter or Margarine
1 C. Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in 9 x 13 glass pan sprayed with PAM. Melt all other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
