3/4 Pound Ham
3/4 Pound Pork (ground together)
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3/4 C. Bread Crumbs
1/2 C. Canned Milk
2 Eggs
Dash Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix: All above ingredients well. Form into 1: Balls. Bake on a cookie sheet with sides for 25-30 minutes.

Sauce:

2/3 C. Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tsp. Dry mustard
3 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 1/3 C. Pineapple juice
2/3 C. Dark Karo Syrup

Above ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil, simmer until thick.
Place meatballs in crackpot and pour sauce over.
Simmer on low for 1-2 hours.
This can be doubled to fill a smaller crockpot.
