5 lbs. peeled potatoes (10 large)
6 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Mash.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Beat until light and fluffy.
