3 pound green beans, trimmed
1 stick butter cut in pieces
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook beans in pot of boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse in cold water, or shock in ice bath to stop cooking. Can be done up to this point ahead, and kept in
refrigerator, or at room temperature
3. Reheat in large pan on stove top (paella pan).
4. After water evaporates, add butter and stir to melt. Add salt and pepper. Toss again and serve.
