Ingredients:
4 large eggs
¾ cup milk
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
½ loaf of fresh French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a metal bowl. Place Teflon no-stick skillet on medium-low heat. Spray no-stick spray lightly onto skillet. Thinly slice French bread (approx. 3/8” thick). Before immersing into egg batter, remix the batter with a fork (the cinnamon will try to separate if left standing overlong). Place dipped slices of bread into skillet, perhaps 4 at a time depending on size of skillet. Brown toast on each side and remove onto covered plate to keep warm (or place in oven on warm setting). Remix batter and spray skillet between each round of toast. Makes approx. 20 pieces of French Toast, which can be served with powdered sugar if desired.
