4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (Thin sliced or Flattened)
1 ½ Cups Mayonnaise
¾ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
½ Tablespoon Sage
Panko Breadcrumbs
Italian Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Spread chicken on baking sheet with sides on top of parchment paper (optional).
3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and sage.
4. Spread mixture over all pieces of chicken coating entire top surface.
5. Sprinkle a layer of panko breadcrumbs over entire pan; chicken should be barely visible.
6. Lightly sprinkle plain shredded parmesan cheese.
7. Sprinkle a layer of Italian breadcrumbs over entire pan; should blend in with other toppings.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
