Bag mushrooms

Chicken tendons

Bag of large shrimps

Stir Fry sauce

Directions:

Wash and prepare Broccoli, Carrots, mushrooms, Shrimp, cut chicken tendons in squares. Put all in big pot

all at the same time. Put water to cover broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, shrimp, chicken tendons. Add

2 tbs of salt and pepper, lemon pepper. Once all has boiled add the stir-fry sauce.
