Dill Potatoes

4-5 red or white potatoes for your favorite potatoes

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of dill

Salt and pepper to taste

In a baking dish, layer sliced potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with dill and salt and pepper.

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
