1 leg of lamb (bone in) 3 to 4 lbs
Salt and pepper
flour
Bells seasoning

potatoes peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325 degrees

Rinse leg of lamb sprinkle flour and pat meat with hand. add salt, pepper and bells seasoning
In the bottom of a roasting pan sprinkle flour add seasoned lamb to pan cook for 1 hour. Add potatoes to bottom of pan and baste meat and potatoes. Return to oven for an additional 2. hours.
