3 oz chicken breast, boned
1/2 tomato, cut in 4 pieces
1/4 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup peas
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken. Boil in salted water until almost tender. Add tomato pieces, cucumber slices and peas. Heat thoroughly. Drain. Place on serving plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.

Microwave directions:
Place skinned chicken breast in individual dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high for 12 minutes. Drain off any moisture. Add vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley. Cook on medium for 4 minutes.
