Egg Rolls Recipe

Ground pork
1 pkg cole slaw mix ( found in the salad area)2 tsp sugar
3 tsp soy sauce
2 pkg fresh beans sprouts

1 pkg egg roll wrappers.

oil for frying

Brown pork and drain.
mix egg in 1 tbsp. water. Heat clean pan and add 1 tbsp. oil add egg DO NOT mix. when egg is cooked roll to one side and remove from pan slice egg

Add pork egg , soy sauce, sugar, coleslaw and bean sprouts together in a bowl.

open egg roll wrappers place in a damp towel.

take one wrapper and rounded tbsp. of pork mixture, place at one corner, roll to cover mixture fold in ends, wet edges and complete roll.. continue until all the mixture or wrappers are gone.

You can use either wheat wrappers or the rice wrapper

Then fry in oil until brown.
