1 1/2 cups persimmon pulp
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Rub persimmons through a colander. Stir all ingredients together. Place in a greased pan and bake at 350 until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Pudding will fall when taken from oven.
