1 large frying chicken
3 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 loaf of bread, cubed
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fryer pieces in water till done. Cool and cut into cubes, discarding skin and fat.
Combine chicken with broth and all remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9x13" baking dish. Place dish into a pan of water. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
