3/4 c. milk
5 lbs. potatoes
4 eggs
2 c. celery
1 bag frozen chopped onions
salt to taste
pepper
3/4 lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan saute onion in butter. Saute celery also in butter or put in microwave to soften (10-15 min). Stirring gently brown bread crumbs until golden brown. Cook potatoes, mash, add eggs and mash. Put in other ingredients. Mix with spoon. Add milk. Pour over filing. Grease large bowl with butter. Top with butter and place in over. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 min or at 350 degrees F for 30 min or until browned.
