1 pound butter, softened
1 pound Light Brown Sugar
1 pound confectioners (powdered) sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer, mix cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix well. Add softened ice cream a little at a time until it is creamy and smooth. Keeps in freezer for months!

To Serve:

Pour boiling water in a cup. Add 2 tablespoons buttered mix (more, if you like it sweeter). Add 1 tablespoon rum, or a splash of Rum Extract to taste. Stir and enjoy!

Tip: make sure water is boiling hot. You may sprinkle ground or fresh nutmeg on top, as desired.
