Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar (white)
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)

Mix above in large bowl.
Sift in following and add to the above ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder

Mix well and pour in a greased and floured 12x18 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. These bars will freeze well.

Pumpkin Bar Frosting

1 cream cheese (8 oz)
3/4 stick butter
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese, butter, milk together until soft. Then add vanilla and powdered sugar.
