2 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 packages Corn Puffs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º.

Boil butter, brown sugar, and Karo syrup for 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla and baking soda (the mixture will bubble up). Pour over Corn Puffs and stir until well-coated. Add nuts if you wish. Bake for 1 hour, turning with spatula every 15 minutes.

This recipe takes time to bake, but worth every minute! I especially like this recipe because there are no corn kernels to get stuck in your teeth!
