1 lb hamburg (85% lean)
1 small onion minced
1/4 C milk
2 eggs (beaten)
4 slices white bread
1/2 tsp Bells seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

2 cans Hunts tomato sauce

option shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 375

In a bowl mix egg in 1/4 C milk break bread in pieces and soak until all the egg has been incorporated into the bread. Mix in onion, meat, salt, pepper and bells seasoning and form into a loaf then place in a baking pan. Cover the entire meat with the tomato sauce add the rest to the bottom of the pan with on cup water.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Cheese option flatten meat, about 1' from the edge add a roll of cheese and roll up meat'
