1 box Deluxe II Yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter or margarine

1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, egg and butter and pat into 13x9 inch greased pan.

Mix together confections' sugar, eggs and cream cheese until fluffy. Pour on top of cake.
Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
