2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup catsup
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the 1/4 cup catsup in a large bowl. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread remaining 1/4 cup catsup over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Allow to sit a few minutes before slicing.
