Small meatballs pre-fried (1/2-3/4 diameter)
Curly endive (boiled and cut into small pieces)
Salt
Pepper
Celery
Pasta (orzo)
Romano cheese
Scrambled Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Make chicken stock, cut chicken after cooking into small pieces and add back to stock. season with salt, pepper, and celery. You can add pasta such as orzo. Scramble an egg and add slowly, stirring to avoid egg clumping. Add Romano cheese. This is usually served with Italian bread.
