12 oz. linguine
9 oz. cherry tomato, halved
2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
4 tbsp olive oil
1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
4 sprigs of basil
1 tbsp rock salt
freshly ground black pepper
4 cups water
grated parmesan cheese to serve

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients into a large sauce pan in the order listed.
2. Cook for approximately 15 minutes over medium heat stirring regularly.
3. About ¾ inches of cooking liquid should remain at end. Serve with grated parmesan.
