1/2 Large Pineapple cut into 1 1/2" pieces (Should have 18)
1 large red or orange bell pepper cut into 1 1/2" pieces (Should have 18)
1 Medium Red onion cut into 18 pieces
1 Lb large sausages or Kielbasa cut into 1 1/2 inch thick rings (Should have 18)
1/4 cup Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup REAL Maple Syrup
2 tsp tabasco sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 2 tsp tabasco sauce. Stir and set aside.

2) Thread sausage, pineapple pieces, red bell pepper and red onion onto the skewer, alternating ingredients.

3) Brush skewers with marinade then place them on the preheated grill, cover and grill on the first side for 3 minutes, then turn, brush with more marinade and grill about two minutes per side. Brush with more marinade as you turn. Grill until veggies are cooked to desired doneness. (Total grilling time sb about 10 to 12 minutes)

Serving = 6 skewers.

Note: Soak wooden skewers for 20 minutes in salted water before using.
