15 baby red or Yukon gold potatoes
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 375º
* Wash potatoes and cut in half.
* Place potatoes in a baking dish.
* Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
* Add rosemary and olive oil.
* Toss well to coat all potatoes. You may need to add a bit more olive oil depending on the size of the potatoes.
* Place baking dish in the oven and bake until potatoes are tender and golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.
* Stir the potatoes after about 15 minutes in the oven to make sure they cook evenly.
* Serve with any type of beef, chicken or even salmon.
