1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 yellow bell pepper, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

16 oz can cannellini beans, drained + rinsed

14.5 oz can diced tomatoes

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

2 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried thyme

Directions:

Dice red and yellow bell peppers.

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker, stir and cover with lid.

Cook on low heat for 7 hours. If you are running late, the mixture will hold for 8 hours.
