1 yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter, softened
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. orange juice

Directions:
Beat 4 minutes and add oranges last. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350º for 30 minutes.

Icing:

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
3 1/4 oz. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip


Drain pineapple and mix liquid with vanilla instant pudding. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, pineapple, and Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
