MOMS SPAGHETTI SAUCE Recipe

For a Huge Crowd:
10 cloves garlic, sauté in olive oil
large Costco package of hamburger, browned
1 red onion & 1 yellow onion – chopped
3 T - ¼ cup of each:
garlic salt
marjoram
salt
pepper
parsley
oregano
basil
Rosemary
Italian seasonings
2 ½ boxes of tomato sauce from Costco (approximately 450 ozs)
¾ bottle of red wine
1 lg can tomato paste
1 lg can tomato puree

Smaller Version:
2-3 cloves of garlic, sautéed in olive oil
1 sm can tomato paste
1 med can tomato puree
1 lg can tomato sauce
½ red onion
½ white onion
1 cup red wine
1 tsp basil
½ tsp marjoram
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp rosemary
2-3 tsp parsley
1 pound hamburger, browned

Combine and let sit overnight on stove after simmering for a while. Then refrigerate the second night.
