1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup melted margarine
3 cans undiluted cream of potato soup
1 can cream style corn
1 &1/2 cups half and half
1 &1/2 cups milk
2 bay leaves
1 Tablespoon fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1/8 tsp hot sauce
3 lbs fresh lump crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté all vegetables in margarine until tender in Dutch
oven. Add potato soup then add next 7 ingredients
Cook until thoroughly heated. Gently stir in crabmeat
Remove bay leaves before serving
