1 bag fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 15 oz can mandarin oranges
Water

Topping:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups mini marshmallows
½ pt. whipping cream
Chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine 1 cup water and the sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Bring to a boil, add cranberries. Bring back to a gentle boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let mixture cool completely to room temperature. In a separate bowl dissolve the jello in 1 cup hot water.

Drain can of pineapple and add to mixture. Drain the oranges and add. Set overnight in a VERY CUTE BOWL.

Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl of their own. DO NOT WHIP. Cover and set in the refrigerator over night.

Next day:
Beat topping until smooth. Spread over the cranberry mixture and sprinkle chopped nuts and SERVE!
