1 cup Coleman’s dry mustard (2 tins)
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Monterey Jack cheese
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak 1 cup Coleman’s dry mustard in one cup of vinegar overnight.
2. Add 1 cup sugar and 2 beaten eggs.
3. Cook in double boiler until thick (stir constantly). Remove from heat and continue to stir until
mixture stops steaming.
4. Dip cheese cubes in mustard then sesame seeds.
