Ingredients:  
1/2 lb. to 1 pound of salmon
Vegetables( asparagus, onion, bell peppers,mushrooms) or whatever you like
butter
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º.

I use my iron skillet, melt the butter, season salmon, put salmon in skillet, add chopped vegetables, add soy sauce.
Cover with foil. Bake for 20-30 minutes until vegetables are soft and salmon is cooked. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

You could serve with rice, a salad, or whatever.
