Leftover roast beef – cut up in pieces
Leftover gravy
1 medium onion
3 cans stewed tomatoes
1 8 oz pkg macaroni
1 lb cheddar cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted water.
Blend stewed tomatoes in Osterizer / food processor

Sauté onion in oil.

Pour cooked macaroni in casserole. Top with onion, roast beef, tomatoes, gravy, salt & pepper. Mix in cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
