4 De-boned chicken breasts
1 c. cream of chicken soup
c. evaporated milk
4 tbsp. Dry Sherry
1 c. sliced mushrooms
sliced almonds
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, Dry Sherry, sliced mushroom.

Pour mixture of chicken in a glass baking pan.

Top with Almonds & Parmesan cheese.

Bake covered 350 45 minutes
Bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
