1 C. Milk
1 C. Sugar
2 Env. Knox unflavored gel
1 box (3oz) Each flavor - Lime, Orange, Lemon, Strawberry
3/4 C. Water
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk. Add sugar.
Mix gel with water. Add to milk and sugar and mix.
Cook and Cool.
Blend sour cream and vanilla into cool milk- runny. Prepare lime with I cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Let cool to set.
When set place 11/2 cup of cream mixture. Let chill and repeat layers with all flavors.
Beat cream mixture between layers because it will get lumpy.
Top with Cool Whip or whip cream, nuts and or coconut.
