1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 Sliced Onion
1 can Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp. Ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with bread crumbs and ketchup
Form small meatballs
Bake 10 - 12 minutes until brown
Place meatballs in a casserole dish
Add mushroom soup
Add onion slices
Bake in oven for 30 - 40 minutes

Serve over rice or egg noodles and with a green salad
