2 C. Flour
2 Tsp. Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
2 C. Sugar
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
4 Eggs - beaten
3 C. Carrots-grated

Frosting:

1 pkg (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1 stick Butter
1/2 C. Nuts-chopped-optional
1 box Powder Sugar
2 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°,
Sift flour with soda and salt. Add oil stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake 35-40 minutes.

Frosting - Soften cream cheese and butter together. Add sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Place icing on cooled cake.
