1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts

Cream butter and add the rest of the ingredients, roll into balls and bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Roll in powdered (confectioners) sugar and store in a sealed tin.

Personal Notes:
As kids, this was my favorite Christmas cookie. It was our job to help roll the dough into balls and after baking, drop them into a paper bag with the sugar in it, shake and then help put them into the tins. I don't know where Mom got this recipe but I think it's the best and very addictive!
