1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Land O 'Lakes sweet cream butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 unbeaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together: flour, soda, and salt. Set aside. Cream together: butter and peanut butter. Gradually add, creaming well: sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well, then gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Shape dough into balls using a rounded teaspoonful for each. Roll balls in sugar and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Top each cookie with a solid milk chocolate candy kiss pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge. Return to oven and bake 2 to 5 minutes longer until golden brown.
