1 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
¾ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
2 c. fresh pumpkin or 1¼ canned pumpkin
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
(if fresh pumpkin is really dry add ⅓ c. milk to pumpkin for fresh wet pumpkin)
2 pastry pie tins

Mix well pour into cold pastry lined pie pan. Cook until knife inserted comes out clean.

Bake 350º 40 minutes
