1 (8-ounce) brick cream cheese, room temperature
8 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon clear vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

8 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
For the filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, melted butter, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the powdered sugar in increments, and continue to beat until combined and smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup sprinkles. Set aside.
For the cake layer: In a second large bowl, combine the cake mix, egg and melted butter until combined (it will be much dryer than a cake batter). Scoop into the prepared baking pan and pat down dough to fill to the edges.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the cake batter and smooth out the top. Sprinkle 2 more tablespoons of sprinkles over the top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. The cake will still be gooey in the center after baking time. Allow to cool completely.
Cut into bars and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and an extra sprinkling of sprinkles.
