2 cups good quality cocoa powder
4 cups whole milk powder
2 cups sugar
2 cups crushed peppermint candy pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to a large bowl and stir together until well-combined. Add the peppermint hot chocolate mix to a food processor, a few cups at a time. Process for 30 seconds and repeat.

To prepare hot chocolate:
Spoon two heaping spoonfuls of peppermint hot chocolate mix into an 8 ounce mug.
Fill mug with boiling water.
Stir until peppermint hot chocolate mix is dissolved.
Top with marshmallows or whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed peppermints.
